The Crafting Process

Conceptual Sketch & CAD

Our jewelry designers first outline details on paper before transferring them to 3D CAD modeling. This ensures structural integrity and allows fine adjustments of gemstone orientations.

Mold Casting

Once CAD is approved, we print a high-resolution 3D wax mold. Precious gold or platinum alloy is then poured into our high-frequency casting chambers to form the base metal skeleton.

Gemstone Setting

Our master setters place diamonds and emeralds manually under specialized microscopes. Gold prongs and channels are compressed with micrometer precision to hold stones permanently secure.

Micro-Polishing & Quality Check

Lastly, the piece goes through multi-stage polishing wheels to deliver a deep liquid-mirror lustre. The piece undergoes structural stress checks before obtaining hallmark lasers.
